Happy Monday! Due to the Snow Day last week, we rearranged some lessons, took out a few things, and pushed some things back- in case you see something that we did last week on this week's agenda...
Here is a look at our week ahead:
In Math, we will work on converting customary units, complete the chapter review, and the chapter test on Wednesday. On Thursday, we will begin looking at metric length, and Friday will be metric capacity and mass.
In Social Studies, we will look at the first people of Missouri, which would include Native American tribes. We will also look deeper into this in Library. This is a short unit again, so we will review at the end of the week, and test on Monday of next week, just as a head's up.
This week in Reading, we will look at sequencing events and looking deeper into characters. We will use several stories, as well as our Reader's Notebook to look deeper into these.
In English Language Arts, we have a busy week of presentations! On Monday, we will finish drafting our final drafts. Tuesday through Friday will be presentations. Please note the reminders sent home with your child last week and ensure that they have their materials on their respective day. Thank you all so much for your support and help with this project. It is greatly appreciated.
